Covid 19 Adjustments

Just when the season was starting, this virus came along and upset all our routines, relationships and even our responsibilities. While Integrity is open for business and I want to help my clients and neighbors with the comfort of their homes, as well a the sanitation of their air conditioning, I understand that many of us are not sure of our next paychecks.

Please don't let needed repairs go undone for too long. You and your household need to be healthy and safe. If we can help, please call. Our prices have always been affordable, and they are not going up during this crisis. Also, financing may be available for some repairs.

In the meantime, if you are able to do your own yard work, you may benefit from rinsing the condensing coil of your outdoor unit with low pressure water. I recommend the shower setting on your sprayer, the open end of the hose, or even using buckets to pour water through the coil. Just don't bend the fins of the condenser. If you're not sure how to do this task but you need it done, call us for a service.

Last, I recommend opening windows and doors from time to time to circulate the air in your house. While air conditioners are great for comfort, modern homes are more air tight than older ones, and recirculating the same air repeatedly breeds germs. Sunshine and other UV lights kill germs, so outside air is healthier than recycled indoor air. Air scrubbers also address this need, and we can install one for you at a competitive price.
